Kristine is the HR Manager at the Norwegian Shipowners’ Association. Her responsibilities include leading and developing the HR processes and recruitment, ensuring the organisation has the required competence and culture while supporting employees and leaders in HR and personnel management matters. Kristine has further responsibility for salary and employment statistics and managing our collective bargaining agreement portfolio.   

Kristine has a Social Sciences degree from the University of Bergen. Prior to joining the Norwegian Shipowners’ Association in January 2011, she was HR Manager at Maersk Drilling Norway in Stavanger, and previously worked as an advisor in the Department of Work Psychology and Physiology of the National Institute of Occupational Health.
