Heidi is the PA to the CEO and provides executive support to the management team of the Norwegian Shipowners’ Association. She also assists the Department of Labour and Legal affairs. She facilitates the department’s conference and training activities, as well as ensuring that collective agreements are duly updated and published. She is also responsible for awarding the Norwegian Shipowners’ Association’s gold medal.  

Heidi joined the Norwegian Shipowners’ Association from Lorentzen Skibs AS in 1987.
