Heidi provides executive support to the management team of the Norwegian Shipowners’ Association and is the secretary for the Department of Labour and Legal affairs and Competence Development. She also facilitates the department’s conference and training activities, as well as ensuring that collective agreements are duly updated and published. She is also responsible for awarding the Norwegian Shipowners’ Association’s gold medal.  

Heidi joined the Norwegian Shipowners’ Association from Lorentzen Skibs AS in 1987.
