Cecilie is the secretary of the Department of International Cooperation and Climate and the Department of Security and Contingency Planning. She is also a member of the secretariat of Stiftelsen Norsk Maritim Kompetanse (SNMK). 

Cecilie joined the Norwegian Shipowners’ Association in 2015 having worked as a secretary and PA since 1997 for, among others, ISCO Group, TDC and  RS Platou ASA.

Cecilie has studied at the Norwegian School of Hotel Management in Stavanger.
