Margrete Eilertsen is our advisor on social responsibility and sustainability. She follows up on the association's work with sustainability-related issues, with a focus on member support and guidance.

Margrete joined the Norwegian Shipowners' Association in January 2024. She came to the Norwegian Shipowners' Association from the position as Senior Advisor at Ethical Trade Norway and has previously worked as an ESG analyst focusing on the shipping portfolio at Nordea. Margrete holds a master's degree in Business and Development Studies from Copenhagen Business School.
