Lars is Director – Head of tax (Attorney-at-Law), specialising in tax matters, including special tax rules for shipping companies. He also monitors changes to the tax framework as well as other regulations governing shipping. He is secretary to the Tax and Capital Committee. 

Lars completed his law degree at the University of Oslo in 2005, and joined the Norwegian Shipowners’ Association in January 2011. He previously worked with tax law at a law firm, as well as in the Ministry of Finance.
